We now provide an insurance policy to all our customers when they book accommodation through us. This provides guests with the peace of mind that if there is any accidental damage to any properties they are staying at, they will be covered.
How does it work?
A service fee is applied to each booking, per property. The fee is outlined in our Service fee article.
What does it cover?
This fee provides advanced protection insurance for the specific property, to cover any non malicious damages over the value of £500.00. All evidential information will be passed onto the third party provider (Superhog) to asses and their decision is final. You are not able to recover twice for the same damage, and you ultimately remain liable for all damages should any claims not be approved.
Please note : this insurance is subject to either the booker and/ or the lead guest being ID verified. Without filling in your ID verification, and subject to its approval you will NOT be covered. Click here for more details on how to get ID verified ( )
In addition to this, we will still take a "company deposit" of £500 on the first booking with us. This will be held on file for the duration of them working with us to cover any minor damages.
