Electrical Vehicle Charging Points
As electric vehicles are becoming more and more popular, we are finding a bigger demand for electric vehicle charging points. To reduce the admin calls back and fourth, we have now included this as a feature hosts can include in their listings under the Access tab. If this is something your property accommodates, please take a moment to update your listing. Thank you.
Insurance Policies for Guests
A booking fee will now be applied to each booking, per property, that provides advanced protection insurance for each accommodation to cover any non malicious damages over £500. The booking fee is automatically included within your total price, however the insurance is only validated once the booker and/ or the lead guest have completed the ID verification process. If this is not completed, the insurance is not valid.

To-Do List
This latest addition enables hosts and guests to conveniently view any outstanding tasks for all their inquiries or bookings, in a single location. This makes navigating around the platform much easier to complete all of your pending tasks.
In the top right corner of your account page, you will see a bell icon. When there are outstanding tasks for you to complete, you will see a red dot on the bell. Click the bell to open up your "To-Do List"
After clicking on the icon, all outstanding tasks are displayed.You will then be automatically directed to the relevant pages when you click on each individual task.
