Standard House Rules 

• No smoking as any evidence of this may incur additional charges.
• All damages and issues are to be reported within 24 hours of check-in time. If this is a multi-week booking and you vacate periodically (eg. each weekend) - this applies for every time you return to the property (eg. each Monday).
• House quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
• No pets or unauthorised guests allowed at the property.
• Please ensure you check all windows are closed and doors locked each time you leave the property.
• Please appropriately use heating and turn-off when you are not in the property.
• Unless stated differently above, on check-out the key should be returned to the lockbox and scrambled.
