A service fee will be applied to each booking and is charged per property. The fee will be charged as follows:
- For bookings of less than 20 nights, there is a minimum rate of £10.00.
- For bookings of more than 20 nights, there is a charge of £0.50 per night.
This fee will be displayed at the confirmation stage, so you can review the total costs due for the booking prior to confirming.
The service fee supports platform maintenance, security upgrades and customer support, while also offering insurance coverage for bookings where the lead guests or booker has successfully completed the ID verification.
Advanced protection insurance covers any non-malicious damages over the value £500.00. The insurance is however subject to the booker/lead guest being ID verified via our third party supplier, Superhog. If they do not complete the ID verification the charge will still apply however the insurance will not be applicable to that house.
The service fee is non refundable.
