Spring Updates

Modified on Mon, 24 Apr, 2023 at 11:32 AM

As an emerging business, we are constantly striving to enhance our service and optimise our efficiency for both our clients and hosts. Here are a few of the latest upgrades we have made:

FLEXIBLE DATES BUTTON

This new function is ideal for accommodating guests who want to start immediately without a fixed date or have a tight deadline.

By entering an inquiry and selecting "flexible date," we notify hosts that the guest is open to negotiating a changeable start/end date. Hosts can then present an offer as they typically would, while choosing an alternate start/end date within the dates provided. Any alternate dates offered by a host will be displayed on the offer for both comfy workers and guest to view.

BANK HOLIDAY BUTTON

With this new feature, clients can now specify if they require lodging during bank holidays. When a host receives an inquiry, blocked-out dates signify that the client does not need accommodation over the holidays. This new process significantly improves efficiency for both clients and hosts, reducing administrative tasks for all parties involved, including us.

TO-DO LIST

This latest addition enables hosts and guests to conveniently view any outstanding tasks for all their inquiries or bookings, in a single location. This makes navigating around the platform much easier to complete all of your pending tasks.

In the top right corner of your account page, you will see a bell icon. When there are outstanding tasks for you to complete, you will see a red dot on the bell. Click the bell to open up your "To-Do List"

After clicking on the icon, all outstanding tasks are displayed. You will then be automatically directed to the relevant pages when you click on each individual task.
