Receiving Shortlists

Once we have a shortlist for you we will send this over via email/SMS. Please click on the link in the message or alternatively you can log into the platform via either the desktop or app. 

The shortlist will look like the below, showing the offer/s available for you to review. Here you can see a preview of each offer, which includes key information and the price. However you can click on "View Details" to see further images and information on each property. 

We may mark some as "recommended" if we believe they suit your needs more so than others. You can filter to view these only or to view all options for your consideration. 

Key information on a shortlist :

1. location - we provide as a minimum the full postcode of the property, however you may also get the building name or street name in addition. Please ensure you do all due diligence on the properties location include travel route to your place of work, crime statistics for the area and general information about the areas amenities. 

2. Properties facilities - ensure you check all details of the property include number of rooms & beds provided, facilities within the properties, parking facilities ect. Should you have any questions or be unsure about any aspect of the property please ensure these questions are raised prior to confirmation. 

3. Cleaning frequency - we advised on the frequency in which the property will be serviced which is included in the price quoted. Should you wish to amend this frequency or require additional cleaning requirements please ensure we are made aware of this prior to confirmation. 

4. Cancellation Policy - we advise on the cancellation policy applied to this offer. This will be the minimum notice you will need to give to terminate the booking.
