How to Select an Offer

Once we have sent you over the offers and you decide on a property/s you have two options on how to proceed:

Option 1 - Let your sales representative who has been assisting with your inquiry know by phone/email which property/s you have chosen, we will then be able to process the booking for you. You will still be required to log in and confirm the booking.

Option 2 - Log into your account > Inquiries > Select the inquiry from the bookings drop down > Select Property Selection

Your property shortlist will be displayed. To view the full property details, select "View Property".

Once you are ready to proceed with one of the options, select the property and click "check out"

Once you click check out the page will look like the below image - At this stage you need to check your company details, and enter a Purchase Order Number (if required). This information will display on your future invoices so you need to ensure this is all correct. You will then need to complete your name and an e-signature.

Please also make sure you take a moment to read our terms and conditions, before clicking "Confirm" to complete the process.

Once this is complete, the host will be notified to confirm the booking on their behalf. The booking is only classed as "confirmed" once both partied have completed the confirmation process. If there are any issues with the availability then we will let you know so you can select an alternative property.
