How to set up your profile

Logging into your account

Head to our website https://www.comfyworkers.com

Click on the emoji in the top right corner and select Guest tab, this will take you to your log in page. 

If you already have an account, then enter your email address and password and click log in. 

If you have forgotten your password you can use the forgot password button to reset it. 

Completing your profile page 

Once logged in, Click on the emoji in the top right corner and select the Profile tab, this will take you into your profile page. Here there are a number of tabs to complete your profile in full. 

Firstly, Please ensure you complete all fields under the profile tab as we require a full name, email address and contact number, please ensure you check all details are correct before submitting. 

Next click on the Company Tab, here you can add the details of your company. 

If you are a UK registered company : 

Company Name : start to type the legal company name or the company number into the box, this is connected to Companies house so will suggest some suitable matches, please select the correct option from the list (do not continue to free type) 

Division : Option text box to complete if there are multiple branches / divisions within your company and you wish to distinguish between them. 

Company Finance email : add central email where all invoices for all bookers of the company go too, if you are unsure you can add this at a later date (you can have up-to 4 therefore please let our finance team know if you wish to have multiple contacts included in the finance process)

Company domain :  enter any company domains which you may have as part of your company e.g @comfyworkers.com, @comfyworkers.co.uk (this section is optional)

If you are a non UK registered company :

If you are not registered in the UK then select the tick box "Not a registered UK company" 

Please enter either the company name you trade under or if you do not trade under a company name, please enter your full legal name. 

If you do not have a company number, please leave this blank. 

Please enter a full address of either where you trade from or your personal address in the absence of a trading address. 

The team tab is where you can invite other bookers or guests for your company, you will need to add anyone who wishes to use our platform, to ensure they are connected to your company. Click here for more information on adding team members.

ID verification tab is for you to verify your account with us. This is an important step to ensure not only that we verify all users on our platform, but also gives any of your bookings advance protection insurance, giving peace of mind against any unforeseen damages.
