At ComfyWorkers, we understand the importance of your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you decide that you no longer wish to have an account with us, you have two ways to request account deletion:

  • Directly Through the App: Navigate to the profile screen in our app. There, you will find the option to request for your account to be deleted. Follow the steps provided to submit your request.
  • Via Email: If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by sending an email to hello@website.com with the subject line "Account Deletion." Please ensure to provide the email address associated with your account in the body of the email to help us process your request promptly.

Please Note:
  • Processing Your Request: Once we receive your request, we will process it in alignment with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information will be deleted, with the exception of any data that we are legally required or authorised to retain. We commit to handling your data with the utmost care and in compliance with all applicable data protection laws.
  • Requirements for Deletion: We can only process your account deletion request if you do not have any active bookings or support tickets open. This is to ensure that all your ongoing transactions or inquiries are resolved to your satisfaction before your account is closed.
  • Timeline: Your request will be processed within 5 business days. We appreciate your patience during this period as we work to ensure a smooth and compliant process for your account deletion.

⠀If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@comfyworkers.com.
