We recommend adding lead guest information for individual bookings, especially if you have multiple bookings with us at one time. This also gives us an emergency contact number if one should be needed.
Log in to your account > Inquiries > Select Booking
Select the required Booking ID
Select "Assign Lead Guest"
If the lead guest has stayed with us before, you can search for their name under "Search Guest". Otherwise, you can select "Create New Guest" and fill in their full name on best contact details.
