We request that you add the lead guest information for each individual bookings, especially if you have multiple bookings with us at one time.
The lead guest will the subsequently receive the check in information as-well as the booker, this means that the booker does not need to spend time forwarding on information, This also gives us an emergency contact if one should be needed during the stay. Most importantly it means that the guests can report any issues and damages upon check in or during their stay again avoiding having to go through the booker or office admin.
How to add a lead guest
Log in to your account > Inquiries > Select Booking
Select the required Booking ID
Select "Assign Lead Guest"
If the lead guest has stayed with us before, you can search for their name under "Search Guest". Otherwise, you can select "Create New Guest" and fill in their full name on best contact details.
Please note : the lead guest does not have access to any pricing information relating to the booking.
